No water needed - self adhesive. Easy to apply and remove. Printed on skin safe medical adhesive tape. stays on until you remove it. Use on skin, cell phones, laptops and more. Clear background makes image pop! Clear polyethylene surgical tape and removable medical adhesive tape. It is hypo allergenic. Note: Not recommended for sensitive skin. Backer explains what it is, how to use it, where to use it. Backing imprint with white is recommended. White must be priced as a color.
