Icy Hot Gel Pack Pain Relief Ice Pack

Provides pain relief, delivers comfortable cold or hot therapy. Use for swollen joints, tendons, back pain, arthritis, headaches, migraines, insect bites, bruises, muscle aches. Each pack is latex free. Filled with non-toxic silica gel. FOR HEAT: Place in microwave not more than 10 seconds. The recommended time is based on 1000-watt unit. CAUTION: MAKE SURE TO AVOID SCALDING IN AREA OF APPLICATION. FOR COLD: Place in freezer for at least 2 hours. CAUTION: MAKE SURE TO AVOID FREEEZER BURN IN AREA OF APPLICATION.
