The refined, regal-looking Victoria Matte Eurotote is a distinctive gift bag made with matte-laminated paper and a special finishing touch-12" grosgrain ribbon handles. This high-end packaging option is available in two colors (Black or White) and features a reinforced fold-over top and cardboard bottom insert. Handle measures 3/4"w x 12" long.
