The management team consists of several individuals who have more than 25 years experience in the promotional products industry.

Commitment to Quality Standards and Product Safety Compliance
Quality and safety are core principals at Overture. We have always been committed to providing high quality, safe products for our clients. We continually work with our vendors and our supply chain partners to ensure that federal and state health and safety standards are met.
Overture is one of only 12 promotional distributors from amongst 33,000 directly involved with QCA. The Quality Certification Alliance (QCA) is an independent, non-governmental, not-for-profit accrediting organization for promotional product suppliers. QCA is the only certifying organization specific to the unique processes and services of the promotional product industry. Overture is one of the original members of the Advisory Committee of the Quality Certification Alliance. Overture provides only QCA compliant products to our customers.
In daily operations, Overture is compliant with all Federal & State regulations, including OSHA. In accordance with OSHA standards, all processed materials used in the facility have MSDS (material safety data sheets) posted and on file for easy reference. All screen printing inks meet compliance standards and only certified contract services are employed for waste disposal.
We only work with suppliers that are fully compliant with all current regulations, guidelines and standards. All of the products we recommend are designed in compliance with the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA) regulations currently in effect. There have been many inquiries concerning the new CPSIA law, HR 4040, signed into law August 14, 2009. This law requires that all components in children’s products meet the new lead limits of 300ppm or less in substrates and 90 ppm new lead limits in surface coating.
